Busy Little Chefs – Cake Camp – Monday, February 18th

On President’s Day we are cooking again! – your child will get hands on experience baking with pastry chef, teachers and counselors using commercial kitchen tools.

With help from professional cake counselors, each child will learn techniques from fondant decorating to baking recipes.

Kids will work with:
Cake Design
Fondant Figurines
Assemble cakes and cover with fondant

The event will be hosted by City Epicurean, a premium caterer that provides event planning and culinary consulting. CEO Naomi Levine and her crew have been enriching young Chicagoland bakers and decorators since 2008 and FUNDAY is thrilled to collaborate with them.

Age group: 3-14 years old (kids will be grouped according to age)
Time: 10:00am – 4:00pm
Price: $90

Kids must bring their own lunch! A snack will be served in the morning and in the afternoon.

*** FUNDAY and City Epicurean take allergies very serious – Cake Camp is NUT-FREE
*** If your child(ren) has any dietary restriction you must let us know!
*** Check-out available at 5:00 pm for an additional $10 fee (if you need more time, we are open until 8pm – after 4:00pm regular drop-off rates apply).
